Soooo much better than orchestral music! As host of the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday April 13, Conan O'Brien introduced a novel, NSFW way to kick off award winners who've overstayed their at-the-podium welcome with long-winded acceptance speeches. During the telecast, O'Brien warned winners that he had a "shut up" tool for any talkative winners, vowing to send a "dick pic" to the teleprompter.
O'Brien apparently made good on that promise when an emotional Channing Tatum grabbed his Golden Popcorn, this year's Trailblazer Award.
Indeed, as the Magic Mike hunk thanked everyone and their mom and waxed philosophical about his rise to fame, he was, indeed, shown the redheaded comic in a shirt taking an X-rated selfie: shirt, tie and jacket with no pants. Although O'Brien's nether regions were blurred out during the broadcast, Tatum is said to have seen the real deal — and it worked!
"When I think about What's gotten me from there to here, it really has to do with you guys. And I thank you so much, for everything. The dick pic, really? I'm getting the dick pic, guys. I got the dick pic. I gotta go. I love you guys!
