Taking a break from her nonstop nationwide tour, Nashville-based singer/songwriter Alana Springsteen found some much-needed “ME time” to help her start prepping for Country Music’s Biggest Night in November.
The rising country star wanted to up her skincare and wellness game to look and feel red-carpet-ready for the big event, so Us Weekly went along for the ride as she paid a visit to her local Massage Envy for some much-deserved self-care.
“With Country Music’s Biggest Night just two months away, I’m committing to a wellness routine in advance to make sure I look and feel my best” says Springsteen
After a busy morning in the studio recording songs for her sophomore album, Springsteen arrived at Massage Envy to check in for services including a signature Nourishing Light Treatment, an innovative facial that uses LED light therapy to help improve the appearance of wrinkles. Springsteen says, “I’m a big fan of the facials at Massage Envy because they personalize them for you based on your needs. With my crazy touring schedule, it’s nice to know I can pop into one of the franchised locations nearby when I feel like my skin is looking a little dull.”
Self-care is important to Springsteen for both her career and her mental health. “It’s so easy to blame busy schedules these days, but it pays off to make it happen,” she says, “It can turn your whole day around. It’s just as much about taking care of your mindset as it is your skin.”
