Denise Richards is ready to dip her toes back into the unpredictable fun that is The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
“I’m doing some episodes for next season, and I just went on a cast trip, and that was fun and exciting, lots of drama,” Denise, 55, told Entertainment Tonight at the season 2 premiere of All’s Fair in New York on Monday, November 2. “It is [fun]. I have [missed it].”
Denise was a full-time cast member on RHOBH during seasons 9 and 10 before leaving in 2020. She has since made various cameos over the years.
“It’s silly drama, and it was really nice to see a lot of the women,” Denise teased about her experience filming for season 16. “You’re never on the outskirts. If you’re in it, you’re in it.”
While the cast and crew are staying mum on story lines and who could be fighting with who, fans previously learned who will be part of the upcoming season.
King of Queens actress Leah Remini and Million Dollar Listing alum Tracy Tutor are expected to join returning ladies Kyle Richards, Dorit Kemsley, Sutton Stracke, Rachel Zoe, Bozoma Saint John, Erika Jayne, Kathy Hilton and Jennifer Tilley. (Contrary to online speculation, Morgan Stewart is not expected to film.)
During a recent interview with Us, Rachel, 55, said she welcomed any and all new faces to the show.
“I mean, it’s just about the more the merrier. I love new people and, you know, hopefully we can laugh a lot,” she shared in September. “I’m kind of ready for anything. I can only control what I do, right? Not what anybody else does or says. So I think it’s just like, close your eyes and jump kind of thing.”
For Denise, filming may be a welcome distraction as she continues to go through a public divorce from Aaron Phypers.
While stepping out on the red carpet this week, the actress wore a Norma Kamali dress with jewelry from Alexis Bittar.
“Well this was fun✨ @ryanmurphyproductions thank you for including me,” she wrote via Instagram on Tuesday, November 3. “What an honor to add this to my resume. I’m humbled & grateful to be guest starring with these fabulous ladies and to be directed by @shinybootz. @allsfaironhulu season 2 is streaming on Nov. 4 on @hulu and Hulu on Disney+.”
Denise’s daughter Lola, whom she shares with ex-husband Charlie Sheen, later commented, “Oh my gosh mom you are the most beautiful person in the world.”
