FIRST LOOK: See Sean Hayes, Will Sasso and Chris Diamantopoulos as The Three Stooges

The Three Stooges won't hit theaters until April 4, 2012, but Us Weekly has a sneak peek of the three stars who will be portraying the iconic comedy trio.

Will Sasso plays Curly, while Chris Diamantopoulos — who welcomed a son with wife Becki Newton in in November 2010 — takes over the reigns as Moe. Will & Grace star Sean Hayes, 41, rounds out the Stooges as Curly.

Produced by Twentieth Century Fox and directed by the Farrelly Brothers, The Three Stooges will feature three half-hour vignettes in the style of the original film shorts from the '30s and '40s. It also stars Sofia Vergara, Jennifer Hudson, Jane Lynch and Larry David. The Jersey Shore cast is also expected to make a cameo.

Prior to casting Hayes, Sasso and Diamantopoulos as the famous goofs, Jim Carrey, Sean Penn and Benicio Del Toro were reportedly in talks to star in the film.
