"Oh my God, my heart was pounding, I had butterflies," Davis told Us after The Voice's performance round taping in Los Angeles. "I just said a quick prayer and prayed my nerves didn't show. I was terrified up there."

Davis says her coach, Christina Aguilera, quickly helped to calm her nerves. "Christina told me, 'Frenchie, you're always so poised and I love that about you. But you don't have to be perfect, because your pitch is on.'"
