Could've fooled Us!
The Voice's Frenchie Davis wowed on Tuesday's first live show with "When Love Takes Over," and her fate is now in viewers' hands, but the 31-year-old singer tells Us Weekly that she was "terrified" to take the stage.
"Oh my God, my heart was pounding, I had butterflies," Davis told Us after The Voice's performance round taping in Los Angeles. "I just said a quick prayer and prayed my nerves didn't show. I was terrified up there."
Davis says her coach, Christina Aguilera, quickly helped to calm her nerves. "Christina told me, 'Frenchie, you're always so poised and I love that about you. But you don't have to be perfect, because your pitch is on.'"
