How does the cast of Grey's Anatomy relax when they're behind the scenes at Seattle Grace?
They hit the 'net, Grey's star Sarah Drew tells UsMagazine.com. (Watch a clip above)
"We spend so many hours together on set, and we have such a blast," Drew — who stars as newbie doc April Kepner — says. "A lot of times we're just looking at You Tube videos and laughing. The cast is all so wonderful and quirky and fun."
The 30-year-old actress says Ellen Pompeo, Patrick Dempsey and the rest of the show's regulars have welcomed her and the cast of new characters with open arms.
"I have not witnessed a single meltdown or diva moment or anything!" Drew reveals. "Everyone really, truly loves each other and you can tell. I couldn't be luckier!"
Grey's Anatomy airs Thursdays at 9 p.m. (EST) on ABC.
