American Idol's Haley Reinhart may have vocally nailed her three routines on Wednesday's performance round, but the 20-year-old singer still tripped up — literally.
During her rockin' rendition of Led Zeppelin's "What Is And What Should Never Be," Reinhart ventured off the stage into the audience, but on her way back, took a nasty spill. (Watch a clip above)
After her wipeout, Reinhart recovered in record time to finish the performance — with an assist from her father, Harry, on guitar.
The Idol frontrunner was unfazed by her slip-up. "No matter if I fell, my daddy was there to pick me up," she told Ryan Seacrest after the performance.
Idol's judges were impressed with her recovery, and Randy Jackson went so far as to declare her Zep cover one of the best routines in Idol history.
The night's highest praise for Reinhart — who also sang "Rhiannon" and "You Oughta Know" — came from guest mentor Beyonce, who coached Reinhart through her Zeppelin cover.
"She has conviction and makes you believe in what she's singing," Beyonce gushed during the pair's rehearsal session. "That's a big part of being a superstar. Haley's a rockstar [and she's] incredible."
