How to Read Elle Kennedy’s ‘Off-Campus’ Book Series in Order: Spinoff Novels Explained

Prime Video’s Off Campus series is the only thing anyone can talk about — but before season 2 comes out, fans can get more from the Briar University boys with Elle Kennedy’s books.

Kennedy kicked off the Off-Campus book series in 2015 when she published The Deal, which the first season of the TV series is based on.

“I would hope that book fans go into it with an open mind. The fandom for this series tends to be positive. They love these characters and they love this world,” Kennedy told Us Weekly exclusively before the Off Campus show premiered in May 2026. “I just came back from a book tour and literally every stop it was just constant excitement.”

She added, “I do think that they’re going to love it. I hope that they’re going to go into it knowing some things have to change in an adaptation. But they’re going to get the same feeling that they got when they read the book.”
