John Mayer, Katy Perry Debut, Star in “Who You Love” Music Video: Watch It Here

John Mayer and Katy Perry are pairing like pros! The Paradise Valley crooner and girlfriend Perry released the music video for their "Who You Love" duet on Tuesday, Dec. 17 on Good Morning America — and from the looks of it, they are very much in love.

The video, which was directed by Sophie Muller (Rihanna's "Stay" and Alicia Keys' "Girl on Fire"), features Mayer, 36, and Perry, 29, and other real-life couples riding a mechanical bull and shooting confetti out of cannons in the desert. There are plenty of adorable, authentic and intimate moments of the superstar duo, too — snuggling and serenading each other — while Mayer's arms are wrapped around his girl.

"We set up the casting call for real couples," Mayer said following its Tuesday debut on a big screen in Times Square during peak commuter time. "There was nothing scripted in that video, except putting the bull in the middle of the desert."

Perry, dressed in a festive, red dress with black tights, insightfully added, "Relationships are kind of like riding a bull: You hold on for dear life." The "Dark Horse" singer continued, "Sometimes you get a little buck here and there, but you get back on."

The "Paper Doll" singer shared the track's smoldering cover artwork featuring the two lounging on a velvet couch on Dec. 2. He wrote on his Instagram, "Proud of this song, proud of this artwork, proud of this girl." Mayer added, "And yes, we look like this at home pretty much all the time."

Mayer will complete the U.S. leg of his tour at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on Tuesday evening. He will then continue his global tour in Australia in April. Perry, meanwhile, will kick off her Prismatic World Tour in May in UK.
