As on-again, off-again reality TV twosome Sammi Giancola and Ronnie Ortiz-Magro finally go their separate ways, their Jersey Shore costar Jenni "JWoww" Farley says there was one good thing to come out of their combative two-year relationship.
Farley, 24, tells UsMagazine.com that her new advice book, The Rules According to JWoww, was born out of the cast's wild escapades at the Jersey Shore house, with Giancola and Ortiz-Magro's rollercoaster romance being top of mind.
"Hearing what the boys had to say about girls after they left, [along with] Ronnie and Sammi always fighting and their make-ups and break-ups" inspired Farley to put her thoughts down on paper, the MTV star told Us when we caught up with her at the SiriusXM radio studio in New York City. "It was a reality check to myself."
Having filmed her series in Miami and Seaside Heights, N.J., Farley says she's excited to visit the cast's newest locale: Italy!
Especially excited to visit Rome and Sicily, Farley welcomes family dinners with Vinny Guadagnino's Italian relatives — as long as they keep the pasta sauce low-calorie.
"[His family is] allowed to visit like once every other week, because if not, there's going to be too many leftovers," Farley jokes to Us. "We have to be able to go to a gym and eat portion-controlled. I'll be gaining too much weight!"
