In typical Gaga fashion, the 7:20 clip features the 24-year-old singer in a variety of outrageous looks — but for perhaps the first time, the costumes take a backseat to when Gaga gives birth to good and evil (watch above).

"This is the Manifesto of Mother Monster," the New York native explains of G.O.A.T (a Government Owned Territory in space).

"As the wombs numbered and the mitosis of the future began, it was perceived that this infamous moment in life is not temporal, it is eternal. and thus began the the beginning of the new race, a race within the race of humanity, a race which bears no prejudice, no judgment, but boundless freedom," Gaga (real name: Stefani Germanotta) continues. "But on that same day, as the eternal mother hovered in the multiverse, another more terrifying birth took place: the birth of evil."

"And as she herself split into two, rotating in agony between two ultimate forces, the pendulum of choice began its dance, "Gaga says. "It seems easy, you imagine, to gravitate instantly and unwaveringly towards good. But she wondered, how can I protect soothing so perfect without evil?"

The remainder of the Nick Knight-directed clip features Gaga dressed as a skeleton, dancing around in blinged-out lingerie, and more.
