Lady Gaga released her epic music video with Beyonce just a week ago — but she’s already thinking about her next one.
She has hired famed fashion photog Steven Klein — who shot Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's infamous 2005 W magazine cover, plus Jennifer Aniston and Gerard Butler's recent hot W cover — to direct the clip for her newest single "Alejandro," Women’s Wear Daily reports.
Gaga, 23, normally opts for music-video veterans such as Jonas Akerlund — who shot her nearly 10-minute long "Telephone" video and "Paparazzi" — to shoot her high-fashion, high-concept vids, but she likely chose Klein, who has directed a few commercials and short fashion films in the past few years, because of his blockbuster magazine covers.
In fact, WWD cites that Klein's skill "at depicting sexual tension" with Hollywood A-listers is likely a reason why Gaga chose him direct her video for her upcoming third single off her 200 The Fame Monster album, which is about a turbulent and passionate breakup.
