Grammy award-winning songwriter/producer Rob Fusari — the man who helped discover Lady Gaga and has worked with artists from Britney Spears to Beyonce —  reveals exclusively to Usmagazine.com that he is developing a TV docu-series that will chronicle artists he is working with as they rush to find musical stardom.

The show will feature an array of artists from different genres (electro-pop, rock, R&B, urban pop) and at different stages of their careers. The common thread?  Each has the same dream: to share their music with the world and overcome every obstacle on the road to stardom.

NYC-based entertainment company Glowcast Ventures President Clay Mitchell, who is producing the project with Fusari,  tells Us, "Rob has an undeniable eye for talent and a proven track record. Just as importantly, he has found performers who are not only immensely talented musically, but have dynamic, engaging personalities whose journeys we feel will translate into captivating television."

Fusari, who has produced/written seven No. 1 singles (including co-writing Gaga's smash "Paparazzi" off her Grammy-winning debut disc, The Fame, which he also executive produced), adds, "I will never forget the people who believed in me and gave me that one shot when I was first starting out. I have been truly blessed to have worked and continue working with dedicated and talented musicians and artists. For me to now be able to give another artist their 'shot' is the best feeling in the world."

Fusari has also worked with Will Smith, Adam Lambert and The Jonas Brothers
