Lindsay Hubbard Addresses New ‘Summer House’ Location Rumors: ‘Not the House’

Lindsay Hubbard is addressing those pervasive online rumors about the alleged new location of Bravo’s hit reality TV series Summer House.

Speculation began swirling regarding the house’s new Hamptons address after Bravoleb Salley Carson — who has also been recently linked to Kyle Cooke — shared an image of an unidentified home’s exterior via her Instagram Story. (Sources told Us in June that Kyle and Salley were “hooking up.”)

The pic gained traction online, with users surmising it was the new home — but Lindsay, 39, denied the speculation.

“Not the house,” she commented on Instagram, per fan account Bravoblockparty.

Us confirmed in March that the famed mansion where Summer House filmed hit the market for $5 million. The seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom house was described on Zillow as a “bright and beautifully finished” property sitting on 4.3 acres of land.

Despite not filming in that specific property, Lindsay and her Summer House castmates — Kyle, Carl Radke, Ciara Miller, Jesse Solomon, Mia Calabrese, Bailey Taylor and KJ Dillard — are set to return to the Hamptons for a summer of fun after a drama-filled season 10.

Two people that are not coming back for season 11? Amanda Batula and West Wilson, who revealed in March that they are pursuing a romantic relationship following their public splits from husband Kyle and Amanda’s ex-BFF Ciara Miller, respectively.

Lindsay, for her part, told Us in her cover story that she’s “excited to spend a hot toddler summer” with her daughter, Gemma, every other weekend, “and then a hot MILF summer with my friends when she’s with her dad.” (Lindsay welcomed her daughter in December 2024.)

“Filming two shows back-to-back is not for the weak,” Lindsay said, referring to her role in Summer House spinoff In the City. “I feel blessed to share my life with the world, but there hasn’t really been an ‘off’ moment for me over the past couple of years. I basically have two speeds: mom life and work life. So, I wouldn’t say there was hesitation in sitting this season out, but as long as mama can get a mini vacation somewhere in there to breathe and rest, I should be good!”

When asked what she envisions the vibe of Summer House season 11 to be, Lindsay replied, “Pretty much everyone is single, which is very old-school Summer House, and we’re all ready to put this scandal behind us. It’s going to be a good time.”
