Why is the bald Lord Voldemort wearing hair curlers? The only possible explanation: a truly exceptional Harry Potter/“Uptown Funk” parody video. The team of jokesters at KFaceTV created a new spoof called “Dark Lord Funk,” taking the hit Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars hit and giving it new life with “He Who Must Not Be Named.”
The spoof is a high-quality, fully choreographed extravaganza that mixes both Mars’ music video dance moves and tons of Potter references.
“This witch I’m ice cold, I’m Voldemort, that white gold,” he begins. “This one for that HP, he says he hates me, but what can he do?”
Heading into the chorus, the OG gangster, formerly known as Tom Riddle, sings, “Albus sent ya hallelujah, ‘cause Dark Lord Funk gone give it to ya!”
The video features The Boy Who Lived, Bellatrix Lestrange, and a handful of other Death Eaters.
