They know a lot about the rap game — but how well do Love & Hip Hop: New York stars Remy Ma and Papoose know each other? The husband-and-wife team recently visited Us Weekly’s headquarters in New York to play a round of the Newlywed Game.
The “Conceited” rapper, 35, and the “Alphabetical Slaughter” MC, 37, answered questions such as “Where was your first date?” and “Who said I love you first?”
“Don’t cheat!” Remy warned Papoose. “He’s faithful in the relationship, but everything else, he is a cheater!”
During the face-off, the former Terror Squad group member revealed that the duo had disagreements on how many people to invite to their December 17 nuptials. The couple actually married in 2008 while Remy was serving a six-year prison sentence for assault, weapons possession and coercion, so their recent star-filled New York celebration, filmed for VH1, was the wedding the pair never got to have.
“I knew how to narrow down the guest list … don’t invite people we don’t really care about!” the bride joked. “Did he invite you guys?”
