Miss Piggy Has Eyes on Jon Hamm After Kermit the Frog Split, Lists Qualities She Wants in a Boyfriend: Watch!

Ham on Hamm! Miss Piggy is looking for love following her split from Kermit the Frog. The Muppets star listed all the qualities she wants in her next boyfriend during a recent interview with Us Weekly on the set of her new ABC series.

“Smart, good looking, gentleman. Unlike some frogs I know!" Miss Piggy told Us. When asked if she’d date Mad Men actor Jon Hamm — also newly single — she quipped: "Jon is a lovely man. I've known him for quite some time."

Missy Piggy and Kermit go way back, too. The twosome ended their long-term relationship, well, not so amicably last month. Kermit has moved on with a new swine girlfriend named Denise (a sore subject for Piggy!), but hopes that he and his ex can move past the breakup.

“I think it's [over] romantically. But we'll continue to work together,” he told Us. “We are professionals."

Miss Piggy would beg to differ though. "One of us is very professional!” she said. “I’ll let you guess which one that is…it's me!"

Shot in mockumentary style a la The Office, The Muppets centers on a late-night show hosted by Miss Piggy, and what goes on behind the scenes in production. Miss Piggy is ecstatic about the new gig, but doesn’t think Kermit is the best producer.

“He needs to put his nose to the grindstone – if he even has a nose," she told Us. "How do frogs smell? I'll tell ya – badly!"

The Muppets airs on Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
