After David and wife Ashley Doherty‘s blowup fight over him contacting another woman on social media, David visits the cemetery to address his late dad, who died in 1992, when David was 7.

“I was lost, and I still am, Dad,” he says through tears. “I’m sure you know, but my marriage has gone to s–t. I sure wish you were here to help. I want to be the family man like you. I’d do anything for Ashley and to have a family. I’ve never tried harder at anything.”

Despite their major issues, David remains determined to make things work with Ashley.

“I just want her back,” he tells the camera. “I know where my intentions were, and I know I didn’t do anything wrong personally, but my wife thinks I did, and that’s what matters.”
