The most-watched TV shows of the last year have just been revealed — and some of the final results may surprise you.

After record-breaking premieres during the 2024-2025 season, Variety released the full list on Thursday, May 29, of shows that people just couldn’t get enough of — and some that didn’t live up the hype when it came to final viewership.

The top shows included Justin Hartley‘s hit CBS series Tracker, which recently wrapped up its second season and is going into production on season 3 soon. CBS had several wins as a network with Matlock, Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage and Elsbeth at the top.

Meanwhile on ABC, High Potential earned a slot in the top five after just one season. ABC also scored high thanks to 9-1-1, Shifting Gears, The Rookie and more, according to Nielsen multi-platform numbers.
