Love is in the air! Deborah Graham is a South Florida-based matchmaker connecting singles looking for love on TLC’s newest dating show, but there’s a twist — she uses her psychic energy to find the perfect partners for her clients. Appropriately, the new reality experiment is titled Psychic Matchmaker.
Us Weekly has an exclusive sneak peek of the new series, which premieres Friday, May 1 at 10:30 p.m. ET, and in it, Graham explains the process she uses to find people’s soul mates.
For each client — whom she meets without knowing anything about them — she says the most important first step is to “sync up with their psychic energy.” She does that by grasping their hands and looking into their eyes. “It’s like a window into their soul,” she explains.
“Being psychic, it’s like having antennas,” she adds. “Whatever they’ve been through emotionally or mentally, I’m able to tap into that and I’m able to feel what is truly going on inside of them. It’s almost like I’m looking into a TV screen. I see it and I feel it.”
