Reality royalty turned out in droves for Us Weekly and Pluto TV’s Reality Stars of the Year party at the Dream Hollywood Hotel on October 10. As celebrity guests arrived, Us was on the red carpet to find out where they stand on an important issue: Jersey Shore or Love & Hip Hop? Their responses were surprising and passionate, to put it mildly.
Reality star Kendra Wilkinson proudly identified as a Jersey Shore fan. Fellow reality stars Janelle and Christine Brown from Sister Wives also lean towards Jersey Shore. Christine admitted that boyfriend, David Woolley, got her hooked on the series and told her that Sister Wives wasn’t as exciting in comparison. Ouch!
Kelsey Anderson from Bachelor Nation exclaimed, “I love Snooki!” and declared herself a Jersey Shore girl through and through. Fellow Bachelor alum Joey Graziade echoed this sentiment, saying he’s firmly on Team Jersey Shore due to his East Coast roots.
The Hills alum Heidi Montag, attending with husband Spencer Pratt, opted for neutrality, stating, “I love all reality TV, obviously.”
Survivor champ Sandra Diaz, however, favors Love & Hip Hop. Jesse Lally from The Valley tells Us that he’s watched every episode of Jersey Shore going back to the beginning—truly a dedicated fan!
Bachelorette Jenn Tran, who grew up in New Jersey, naturally supports Jersey Shore. On the other hand, Jon Taffer from Bar Rescue proudly claims his allegiance to Love & Hip Hop, noting, “I’m a bar guy, so I’m used to that hip hop thump and that whole world.”
Kordell Beckham from Love Island USA admitted to having watched Jersey Shore but ultimately prefers Love & Hip Hop. Bachelor Nation’s Jessica Giro expressed her love for Jersey Shore, sharing, “It was the first reality TV show I got into, so it holds a special place in my heart.”
