And she’s back! Rosie Perez is returning to The View after all. The round table newbie sparked rumors she had called it quits with the ABC talk show after she took a break only four months after joining to perform in Broadway play Fish in the Dark — but turns out she’ll be back in her seat next week.
According to a press release, the actress will return on Feb. 3, joining fellow co-hosts Rosie O’Donnell, Nicolle Wallace, and Whoopi Goldberg with guests Martin Short, Randall Park, and Hudson Yang.
Perez joined the show after ABC’s major shake-up this past June after Jenny McCarthy and Sherri Shepherd departed.
"The View will be moving in an exciting new direction next season and ABC has made decisions to evolve the show creatively," ABC explained in the statement at the time.
