Reality stars on the run!

The 2010 ING New York City Marathon found itself going Hollywood Sunday, as Survivor: Africa's Ethan Zohn and the Bachelorette's Ryan Sutter each completed the 26.2-mile run for charity.

The race was bittersweet for Zohn, who sat out the marathon in 2009 to receive treatment for a rare form of Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Zohn says his desire to pound the pavement again kept him motivated during treatment.

"I had to go through this thing called a stem cell transplant and I was locked in isolation in the hospital for 30 days," Zohn told reporters. "Part of my daily routine was to close my eyes and visualize myself running the streets of NYC and crossing that finish line. I mean, this is a dream of mine."

The reality star — who took home Survivor's top prize in 2002 — ran for Grassroot Soccer, the charity he started with his winnings, and finished the trek in 4:16:20.

Also running for charity was Bachelorette star Ryan Sutter, who completed the 5-borough race in an impressive 3:20:39 to raise funds for his charity, First Descents. As a result of Sutter besting Zohn's time, the Survivor star will offer a donation to his pal's charity and make good on a friendly bet.

Stirring up some healthy co-worker competition Sunday were Today's Meredith Vieira and Al Roker. The morning news anchor was able to take top honors, beating her weatherman pal with a time of 5:59 versus Roker's 7:09.

Chilean miner Edison Pena, rescued after 69 days underground, took to the city streets this year. Earning the nickname "the runner" for the 6-mile-a-day runs he'd do while trapped underground, Pena clocked in at the Central Park finish line in 5:40:51.
