As Lilly poses and struts for the crowd, the announcer says, “Lilly’s favorite food is chicken nuggets and sauce — lots of sauce. Her ambition is to be a big star one day. … Lilly’s hobbies include four-wheel, dance and gymnastics.”

Her coach, Cambrie Littlefield, is certainly proud of her pupil’s performance. “Lilly’s personality for beauty was, like, on point,” Littlefield tells the camera. “She had so much fun — she looked gorgeous. I mean, she killed it.”

Unfortunately, judge Chloe Brown is decidedly less impressed. “Lilly’s fabric was a little bit cheap,” Brown says in an interview. “Maybe for this particular pageant, [the family] could have invested in something a little more expensive. Just, I didn’t like it very much.”

A preview clip from last week’s episode featured Lilly’s mom, Amber, inexplicably breaking down in tears when her daughter portrayed a “happy monkey.” Amber added about her bundle of joy, “I’m just so proud of her.”

Watch the clip in the video above. Toddlers and Tiaras airs on TLC Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET.
