Yikes. “Dramatic” doesn’t even begin to describe this new promo for Tori Spelling‘s upcoming Lifetime docu-series, True Tori. The show, which premieres Tuesday, April 22, follows the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum as she struggles to pick up the pieces in the wake of husband Dean McDermott‘s infidelity — and if this clip is any indication of things to come, the couple’s future is in serious jeopardy. As Us Weekly exclusively reported back in December, McDermott, 47, cheated on his wife of seven years with a woman named Emily Goodhand, 28. Now, in the wake of the affair, Spelling, 40, is questioning everything about their marriage.
At one point in the preview, the mother of four — to Liam, 7, Stella, 5, Hattie, 2, and Finn, 19 months — breaks down in sobs as she discusses their problems. “I can never give him enough sex!” she says, crying. “He’s never gonna be happy with just me.”
As revealed in the April 21 issue of Us Weekly, True Tori is told from Spelling’s point of view. “Tori will be talking about what she’s been through,” a source tells Us of the six-episode series, which started filming earlier this month. “Dean will appear, but it’s really her story.”
Another source notes that the ending — and the couple’s relationship — is still very undefined. “The show likely won’t conclude with a decision about her marriage,” the insider says. “Things are very much in flux.”
