How will she ever, ever survive? Trisha Yearwood will play Mary in Fox's live TV biblical musical, The Passion, the network announced Friday, January 15.

The production, airing on Palm Sunday, offers a present-day take on the final hours in Jesus' life as told through hit songs, which will be sung by the cast. It will film live at iconic locations throughout New Orleans.

Among the songs included in The Passion will be Whitney Houston's "My Love Is Your Love."

Fox has embraced the current TV musical trend, with its Grease: Live airing January 31, and a taped Rocky Horror Picture Show set for the fall. Tim Curry, who starred as Dr. Frank-N-Furter in the 1975 cult film, was just announced as part of the remake's cast.

The Passion airs on Fox Sunday, March 20, at 8 p.m. EST.
