The TLC series’ clip shows host Chris Jacobs informing Susan that her mom died in the early 1990s after battling breast cancer.

When Jacobs shows Susan a photo of her mom, she says, “She’s beautiful. It makes me happy to know that I have a face to at least associate with. I’m obviously disappointed and sad that I’m never going to actually get to know her.”

Jacobs then tells Susan that she has three siblings who live within 90 minutes of her and want to meet her.

That is absolutely amazing,” she says tearfully.
