The world’s most famous male model is back and ready to show off his wide range of looks in Zoolander 2. On Wednesday, Nov. 18, the first full-length trailer for the upcoming comedy was released online and it doesn’t disappoint.
As the sequel opens, Derek (Ben Stiller) and Hansel (Owen Wilson) are considered old and washed-up. Now there’s a new model on the scene, All (Benedict Cumberbatch).
“Are you like a male model or a female model?” Derek asks the long-haired All.
“All is all,” a comical Cumberbatch replies.
But Derek has a more pressing matter to attend to. There is an assassin systematically killing off the world’s most beautiful people — Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, Lenny Kravitz, Usher, and Demi Lovato, to name a few.
Each victim dies flashing Zoolander’s signture “Blue Steel” pose.
“Peace out, world,” Bieber gasps before going into Derek’s signature duck face.
With the help of special agent Montana Grosso (Penelope Cruz), Derek and Hansel discover that the infamous Mugatu (Will Ferrell) is behind the attacks. Cue latte spit-takes and crazy hair!
