New York Fashion Week has officially commenced, so it’s safe to assume Ashley Olsen is busy. That’s why I wasn’t too surprised to spot the former child star rocking the ultimate comfy-chic outfit: baggy black jeans, easy slip-on sandals and a chunky V-neck sweater that made the combo feel special.
Early September is technically still summer, but the 40-year-old was serving plenty of fall inspiration, so much so that her oversized black knit has remained on my mind. It’s pretty much the perfect throw-on-and-go piece, and while it’s safe to assume Olsen’s knit top is a pricey option from her brand The Row (which she heads alongside her sister, Mary-Kate Olsen), I found a similar style on Amazon for $36.
