Needed spent more than four years developing the formula, which provides clinically studied doses of key nutrients in three gummies per day. Each serving contains 920 mcg DFE of methylfolate, 100 mcg (4,000 IU) of vitamin D3, 40 mg of vitamin B6, 75 mcg of vitamin B12, 70 mcg of selenium, 6.5 mg of zinc and 55 mg of choline, along with 14 other key nutrients.
