As someone who wears a 34D bra size and works out almost every day, I take sports bras very seriously. I need my sports bra to fit properly and offer the right amount of support so I can really focus on my workout. Fortunately, I’ve hit the jackpot with a $19 Amazon find that I can’t recommend enough.
I bought my first Lavento sports bra nearly five years ago, have worn it regularly and washed it countless times, and it’s still going strong. For a bra that costs less than $20, I feel like that’s really impressive. In fact, I only bought another one because I wanted to have an extra for laundry days.

The Lavento sports bra says it offers medium support, but I find that it has a snug fit that really holds everything in (without digging into my skin). The wide straps, racerback design and elastic underbust band keep everything in place and eliminate any painful bouncing, even when I’m moving around a lot. Plus, I never feel like I’m spilling out.
One of my favorite things about this sports bra is the buttery soft fabric that feels breathable and lightweight. I can keep this on for hours without feeling constricted. I also appreciate that it’s stretchy enough to pull on and off easily and that I don’t have to fumble with bra hooks or clips when wearing it.
And while this does have removable pads, I like that they feel more structured than other options I’ve tried. They’re big, so they don’t move around and they’ve never fallen out for me. I also like the subtle cushioning they add, which feels and looks good.
I often find it hard to find sports bras that are genuinely supportive and also cute enough to wear on their own, but this strappy sports bra checks both boxes. The back makes it feel a little more on-trend, and I like that the wide underbust band gives it a more longline look without the bulk.
