April bridal showers bring May flowers! As a bride-to-be with Type A tendencies, my wedding wardrobe has been planned out for months. As soon as I said ‘yes’ to the dress, I swiftly secured my outfits for my rehearsal dinner through the after-party. So, it’s no surprise that I also chose my bridal shower look long before invitations even went out.
Meanwhile, my mom Sherry had been struggling to find a Mother of the Bride dress for said shower. The theme was Love in Bloom, a nod to the spring season, and the dress code was pastels and florals.
