Brooke Hogan has spoken out after the sale of her late father Hulk Hogan’s Florida home.
“There’s something deeply unsettling about watching a person’s life and memories reduced to transactions,” Brooke, 38, exclusively told Us on Tuesday, October 27. “Some people see a home filled with history and love. Others simply see what it’s worth. I’ve learned that the way people move when there’s nothing left to gain from someone anymore can tell you everything about how they valued them when they were alive.”
She continued, “I know more than I’ve ever felt the need to explain. What I choose to say, and when, is entirely up to me. But my silence should never be mistaken for a lack of understanding.”
Hulk’s beachfront mansion in Clearwater sold for $5.9 million following three major price cuts, TMZ reported on Friday, October 23. The property’s guest cottage also sold for $2.8 million.
The wrestling icon purchased the home — which boasts 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms — in 2012 for $3.3 million.
Hulk died at the property after suffering a heart attack in July 2025. He was 71.
While Brooke did not specifically mention anybody by name, she took to social media after news of the sale to congratulate the seller on “your dirty money.”
“You took my dad,” Brooke wrote via her Instagram Story.

At the time of his death, Hulk lived in the Clearwater home with his wife, Sky Daily, who he married in October 2023.
Us has reached out to Daily for comment on the sale.
Hulk was previously married to Jennifer McDaniel from 2010 to 2021 and Brooke’s mother, Linda Hogan, from 1983 to 2009. Hulk and Linda, 67, also share son Nick, 36.
In a separate social media post, Brooke said the Florida property “was where dad and Jen envisioned growing old together.”
“And now it’s all gone,” she wrote. “Sold for profit. Just like him…used for f***ing everyone else’s gain. Saddest ending I’ve ever seen. You know who [the f***] you are 🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻.”
Brooke shared some of her favorite memories from the Clearwater home that spanned for 15 years, many of which came after her late father’s health took a turn for the worse prior to his death.
“We cooked, we watched Jerry Springer, we played music, we cried,” Brooke wrote via her Instagram Story. “I walked in that garage every visit and hugged him right when he’d open the garage door. I’d sit next to him for hours in the chair he died in.”
