Former boxer Adrien Broner is being accused of sexual assault by a woman who claims that he and streaming partner Deen the Great engaged in “extreme and outrageous conduct exceeding all bounds tolerated in a civilized society.”

The woman, identified as Havana Saint, alleges in court documents obtained by TMZ that after becoming intoxicated at a party and staying at Broner’s home, the boxer, 36, repeatedly pressured her for sex despite “repeated refusals” and her telling him that she prefers women.

Broner’s alleged actions “publicly humiliated Plaintiff, and made false sexual statements about Plaintiff to a livestream audience,” the documents read.

He also allegedly “exposed his genitals and physically grabbed [her] hand in an attempt to force or pressure [her] to engage in sexual conduct against her wishes.”

Saint claims she returned to his home the next day, and Broner became mad at the previous night’s events. He again allegedly tried to coerce her into sex and “physically pulled or dragged” her up the stairs.

The two allegedly crossed paths days later at a livestream content house where Broner again tried to pressure her into sex. The next day, Broner allegedly poured ice water on her during a livestream, which she said caused her “humiliation and emotional distress.”

Broner, for his part, denied the allegations against him in a post via Instagram.

“If these fake allegations go start all cause people think I’m rich again and trying to get money from me I will stop streaming today cause none of this was going on when I was just down and out and I was still behaving the same,” he wrote in a carousel. The next slide was a video of him learning that TMZ had published the story that he was being sued.

Broner captioned the post, “Money the root of all EVIL #ALLEGATIONS.”

Saint also filed a separate defamation suit against Broner and Deen the Great, whose real name is Nurideen Shabazz. She accused Shabazz, 25, of falsely claiming on a stream that she had slept with multiple people in the content house, and accused Broner of saying he had sex with her when they had not.

Saint is also suing the streaming platform Kick for negligence.

Broner participated in 41 fights during his career, winning 25 by knockout and 35 overall.

He was previously arrested and charged with sexual battery in Georgia in 2018 and the charges were eventually dropped. That same year, he was accused of sexually assaulting a woman in a Cleveland night club, and was eventually ordered to pay her more than $830,000.
