Where did the time go?! Annette Bening and Warren Beatty hit Los Angeles’ AFI Fest presented by Audi on November 16 with their all-grown-up daughter, Ella Beatty, in tow.
Ella, 16, stunned in a navy blue bandage minidress and nude-colored pumps. The beauty (who’s the youngest of four) is a perfect mix of Bening, 58, and Warren, 79, who also share Stephen, Benjamin and Isabel.
Bening, who was honored for her prolific career and screened her new film, 20th Century Women, was ecstatic to share the night with her loved ones. “Is this really for me?” Bening said before the screening, according to the Hollywood Reporter. “I’m really grateful for this and that I get to share it with my family.”
Beatty has also opened up about his brood. “I always knew I wanted to have children,” the Rules Don’t Apply director told AARP magazine in the October/November 2016 issue. “I wanted to do it well, and I wanted to do it with someone who felt the same way. I’m an attentive father, I have to struggle somewhat not to be overly attentive. It’s a burden to be the child of not only one famous parent, but two.”
His family man image is a far cry from the playboy that fans knew him to be once upon a time. Before marrying Bening in 1992, Warren dated Madonna, Janice Dickinson, Barbra Streisand, Carly Simon and Natalie Wood, among other lucky women. In fact, unauthorized biographer Peter Biskind estimated that Warren slept with nearly 13,000 women throughout his career.
“Think about it, sleeping with 12,775 people,” Warren said. “That would mean not just that there were multiple people a day, but that there was no repetition.”
