She may be a country star, but Carrie Underwood channeled old Hollywood glamour at the Academy of Country Music Awards on April 6 in Las Vegas.
Makeup artist Melissa Schleicher created a smoky eye to complement the Almay global ambassador's Oscar de la Renta gown. "I love anything that shines and makes her eyes pop," Schleicher told Us Weekly.
To bring out the green and gold color of the "Cowboy Casanova" singer's eyes, Schleicher applied Almay Intense i-Color Smoky-i Kit for hazel eyes and Almay Shadow Softies by Intense i-Color in Hot Fudge on the lids. She then created definition with brown eyeliner and amped up the lashes with Almay Volumizing Mascara in Midnight for hazel eyes.
She finished with Almay Color + Care Liquid Lip Balm in Blooming Balm and Cantaloupe Cream.
