Smoke-ing hot break! Carrie Underwood stunned in a multicolored, one-shoulder gown at the CMT Music Awards in Nashville, Tennessee, on Wednesday, June 8.
The “Church Bells” singer, 33, who was styled by Marina Toybina, added extra bling to her gorgeous Michael D. dress, which featured a thigh-high slit, with jewels by Maxior and Noudar. She polished off the colorful ensemble with silver strappy heels by Jimmy Choo.
Underwood, who will perform alongside a local church choir during the awards show, completed her look with her bright blonde tresses styled in tousled curls. During the CMT live stream from the red carpet, Underwood, who is nominated for the Video of the Year, Female Video of the Year and CMT Performance of the Year awards, admitted that her lob, which she debuted in December 2015, “keeps getting shorter. I don’t know what that’s about. I can barely pull it back in a ponytail!”
The mom of Isaiah, 14 months, originally cut her locks to work with her busy schedule. “I needed my life to be a little more simple,” she explained during the live stream. “I was taking too long doing things that shouldn’t take long!”
But she’s not alone in her hectic lifestyle — even while posing on the step and repeat. Underwood walked arm-in-arm with husband Mike Fisher, who supported her in a chambray John Varvatos jacket, dark wash PRPS Goods & Co jeans and a Calvin Klein shirt, paired with John Varvatos shoes.
What do you think of Carrie’s leggy red carpet ensemble?
