Copy Audrina Patridge's Debut DWTS 'Do! - Us Weekly

I'm so excited for Dancing With the Stars tonight — the costumes! The dancing! The princess-like hair and makeup! My fave look from the show's premiere was Audrina Patridge's adorable hairdo, complete with little braids. The star's usual mane man (not for the show, but in her civilian life) Jeffrey Paul tells UsMagazine.com how to get her look.

"Audrina's got such thick, gorgeous hair," he says. "Securing the front bits back definitely makes it easier to control her locks while she's dancing!"

First, prep hair with a texturizing product which will help hold your style, then use your fingers to roughly blow dry hair until it's almost completely dry to the touch. Then, section off about an inch and a half of hair, twist it, then hold a medium-sized curling iron vertically and wrap the section around it. Continue waving the rest of your hair, alternating directions on the iron to create maximum body. Once your entire head is waved, take the front sections and braid each, securing behind your ears with pins.
