Hailee Steinfeld wowed at Z100’s Jingle Ball 2015 in NYC on Friday, December 11. The “Love Myself” singer, 19, looked smoking in an asymmetrical black Aritzia crop top, bedazzled hot pants, fishnet tights and Stuart Weitzman “Fever” boots.
Steinfeld upped the holiday sparkle by customizing the Wolford “Velour Shorts” with red crystals. For her performance, she added a matching bedazzled bralette too.
The Pitch Perfect 2 star isn’t the only one to slip into the $275 high-waisted booty shorts over the last week. Demi Lovato wore the same pair of shorts the day before at the Jingle Ball in Boston on Thursday, December 10. While the “Confident” singer, 23, paired the bottoms with fishnets and an Aritzia crop top à la Steinfeld, she added a black moto jacket as well.
She wore them again at Friday’s concert, where she also performed — and suffered a slip-up. In fact, the fitted style of the shorts helped prevent a major wardrobe malfunction after Lovato took a spill on stage. But the “Cool for the Summer” singer took it in stride, later tweeting, “Guys don’t you get it by now? Only cool kids fall on stage.”
