#FriendshipGoals to the max! Nearly one year after they dined with Adele, Emma Stone brought Jennifer Lawrence as her date to the NYC screening of her latest film, La La Land, on Tuesday, October 18.
Leading lady Stone, 27, stunned in a champagne-hued slip dress with beading and sheer accents, teamed with a ladylike cream coat and silver Jimmy Choo ankle-strap sandals. The Help actress styled her scarlet bob into loose waves (a huge difference from her pixie for this month’s Vogue!), and modeled luminous peach cheeks.
Meanwhile, Lawrence, 26, slipped into a semi-sheer La Perla bodysuit and wide-leg Ralph Lauren pants, accented with gold details. She also rocked a tousled ‘do, though opted for a slightly deeper, rose-hued makeup palette instead.
The pair posed together, arm-in-arm, on the red carpet before heading into the screening.
The Hunger Games actress’ presence at Stone’s event proves that the ladies’ friendship has continued since hanging out with the “Hello” singer, 28, in November, then attending her L.A. concert together earlier this year.
Lawrence hilariously reminisced about their girls’ night out to Harper’s Bazaar, to whom she confessed that things got a little sloppy. “It’s hard to get me out, and when I do go out I don’t really stay out late. If I do stay out late and I’m partying hard, I will throw up. I don’t have the tolerance to black out; I just start puking. Ask Emma Stone,” she told the mag. “It was the night we saw Adele in L.A. She just started rubbing my back. She was really sweet. I was like, ‘Get out of here. It’s so gross.'”
