The internet has never been in such agreement. Every commenter on a viral haircut video shared on Facebook hated the end result.
The post, titled “STYLISH CUT” on the BarberShapp page, shows a blonde model getting an angular cut that features scalloped layers and uneven bangs.
BarberShapp, which connects barbers with clients, posted the clip with the caption, “Quirky, Stylish and Smooth? Is this a new trend in the making?”
The video, which has been viewed more than 5.5 million times, received backlash right away. “I think I can safely speak on behalf of the nation by saying that this is most definitely NOT going to be a trend. I have no other words. 🙈,” one commenter said. Another thought she probably would have done better as a toddler: “I think I did this to my self at the age of 4 with a pair of safety scissors. erm ner I hope it doesn’t catch on.” Still more users just had one word to share: “Ugly.”
