Felicity Huffman is loving her new look! At the 56th Annual Genii Awards in L.A. Apr. 23, the 50-year-old actress turned heads wearing a Hugo Boss jumpsuit. "Isn't it great? I love that it's form-fitting and flattering but comfortable," she told Us Weekly. "I feel elegant and a little rock 'n' roll."
The Desperate Housewives vet also showed off a shorter hairstyle. "I got this really cool haircut two or three days ago, so I started wearing really cool clothes," she joked. "They did it for the Tribeca Film Festival. I went, 'Okay!' There was a film that Clark Gregg made called Trust Me. And I had a very small part in it, so I just went to support him."
At the Genii Awards, Huffman was honored for her website, What the Flicka. "Flicka's my nickname, and I started it for parents and for women because I wanted a place to create a virtual kitchen counter or bathroom counter where women could come in and laugh and share, and give advice, and cry, and complain and all those things."
"When Desperate Housewives ended, I wanted that Desperate Housewives community that I'd found and loved to still have a place to gather," added Huffman, mom to preteen daughters Sophia and Georgia with husband William H. Macy. "My experience mothering was really hard and lonely, so I wanted to give a place where the voice of the difficulty would be accepted as well."
