Sweet as chocolate!
Gigi Hadid sported a luminous look at the Daily Front Row’s Fashion Los Angeles Awards on Sunday.
The Maybelline brand ambassador, 20, who presented Magazine of the Year to Carine Roitfeld’s CR Fashion Book, wore a subtle face that didn’t overpower her sheer Yanina Couture gown layered over a La Perla bodysuit.
“I wanted to keep her looking borderline-hippie, but still sexy,” celeb makeup artist Patrick Ta tells Us. “Gigi loves a fresh, natural look that’s still glam at the same time. Applying too much makeup on her face is a crime!”
Using all Maybelline products, Ta prepped Hadid’s skin with Facestudio Master Prime in Blur + Illuminate (below, left) before applying a light layer of Dream Velvet foundation (below, second from left). The pro then defined Hadid’s cheekbones by brushing the bronze shade from the Facestudio Master Contour Face Contouring Pro Palette (below, second from right) in the hallows of her cheeks.
For a natural flush, he brushed Fit Me! Blush in Medium Nude (below, right) on the apples of her cheeks.

Avoiding a bright lip, Ta opted for a brown color instead. He lined and filled in her lips with Color Sensational Lip Liner in Toast (below, left) before layering on Color Sensational Vivid Matte Liquid in Nude Thrill (below, right).
