Following in the footsteps of fellow pink-hair mavens Emma Roberts, Kylie Jenner and Elle Fanning, Hailey Baldwin debuted her My Little Pony locks on Saturday, November 5, on Instagram, captioning her post, “good mornings.” A few hours later, the Guess model made her first public appearance in the new hue while strolling in L.A. with Ashton Irwin of the band 5 Seconds of Summer.
But, alas, all good things must come to an end. Here’s a spoiler alert for all of you out there loving her honey-to-pink hair transformation: She has already washed out her pink and is back to blonde (sob!).
A source tells Stylish that it was not dye but hair chalk that colored her mane, giving it an ombré tint that was darker at the roots and lighter at ends. This isn’t Baldwin’s first colored hair show on the road. In the past few months she has transitioned from gray to beachy blonde to honey, all without the slightest hitch, and we’re pretty sure there isn’t a single color she can’t pull off. Until then, we’ll be patiently hitting the refresh button on her feed.
