Jennifer Lopez has taken her fitness to new heights, showing off her super-toned abs and booty to prove it in the new campaign for BodyLab.
The “Booty” singer, 45, partnered with the beauty and wellness distributor to get women to take on a healthier lifestyle. “In all of my work — my music, my films, my book, my foundation — I always strive to inspire women to be the best and happiest versions of themselves,” Lopez said in a statement. “I joined the BodyLab family not only because of their commitment to creating great health and fitness products for women, by women, but also because of their approach to the holistic lifestyle.”
The American Idol judge warns you won’t get her enviable abs overnight, since the product is far from being a solution in a bottle. “It’s not a fad diet,” Lopez informed. “It’s part of a health regimen that makes your metabolism work as hard as you do. It’s a way to love your body.”
Beauty is pain and Lopez knows this all too well. On top of working with celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson, she sometimes forces herself to workout. “You got to work out, you got to watch what you eat,” she told Us Weekly in July 2014. “It’s a job— you’ve got to buckle down.”
