Fighting words! Joan Smalls slammed Maxim for mistakenly identifying her as Victoria’s Secret Angel Lais Ribeiro on Sunday, July 3.

Smalls, 27, was perusing the pages of the magazine in the airport when she came across an image captioned with her name. Only it was actually a picture of Brazilian model Ribeiro, 25. “Get your s–t together,” Smalls said in the now-expired Snapchat clip, according to Page Six.

In a second Snapchat, Smalls, a Puerto Rican native, found another picture with her name in the same issue of Maxim — this time annotated correctly. “That’s me as well,” she noted. “Might want to check that photo credit, just saying.”

Ahead of the mix-up, Smalls strutted her stuff at the Versace show for Paris Couture Week, where she posted a behind-the-scenes image of herself with Irina Shayk and Stella Maxwell in hair and makeup. “Backstage Beauties @versace_official ❤️ @irinashayk @stellamaxwell,” she wrote.

Smalls then worked her toned bod in a skintight white tank, a striped oversize belt and patchwork jeans at the airport. She shared a three-way split image of the outfit via Instagram, captioning it, “au revoir 🇫🇷 .”

Neither Maxim nor Ribeiro has commented on the name mix-up.

What do you think of Maxim’s discredit?
