That face! Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis' daughter, Lily-Rose Depp, has been tapped to become the latest Chanel ambassador, and the 16-year-old beauty looks like the coolest girl on the block in the first photo and video.
Modeling the Chanel "Pearl" eyewear collection, Lily-Rose strikes a serious pose while rocking a pair of pearl-studded shades from the line, plus a white button-up with lace details. And while the ad called for her eyes to be shaded, the photo still allows you to admire her flawless complexion, not to mention her plump pout, lacquered in an oxblood hue.
If you're looking for a peek at her peepers, all you have to do is watch the campaign's 12-second teaser video (below). In that, the aspiring actress rocks a pair of rose-colored glasses embellished with pink pearls, which she pulls down right before the end to reveal her lined brown eyes.
Chanel's head designer and creative director, Karl Lagerfeld, who shot the ad himself, is very pleased to see the teen following in the footsteps of her French model mom, who's repped the fashion house since 1990. "Lily-Rose is stunning," Lagerfeld, 81, said in a statement. "She's a young girl from a new generation with all the qualities of a star."
Lily-Rose is just as excited to be the fashion icon's new muse. Sharing the ad image via Instagram, she wrote, "So excited about my new @chanelofficial campaign shot by @karllagerfeld!!!!!! Thank you," then added three floral bouquet emoticons.
