Hot mama-to-be! Keira Knightley hit the Critics' Choice Awards red carpet at the Hollywood Palladium on Thursday, Jan. 15, and looked gorgeous in a high-fashion gown that was hardly maternity wear.
Pregnant with her first child, Knightley turned heads in the dusty blue floor-length Delpozo shirtdress paired with a Henri Bendel bobby pin. Covering her baby bump with its voluminous shape, the frock featured a Peter Pan collar, gold embellishments on the bodice, and a flowing pleated skirt with an exaggerated train.
The gorgeous star, 29, wore her brunette locks pulled back loosely into a bun. She went for natural makeup, keeping her eyebrows full and simply adding a brown smoky eye and a berry lip.
Knightley was joined at the star-studded soiree by her husband, James Righton. She married the musician, 31, in May 2013, and the two stars are expecting their first child together later this year.
The Begin Again actress was nominated at the 20th Annual Critics Choice Awards for her work in 2014's The Imitation Game. She nabbed a nod for Best Supporting Actress, putting her up against Patricia Arquette for Boyhood, Jessica Chastain for A Most Violent Year, Emma Stone for Birdman, Meryl Streep for Into the Woods, and Tilda Swinton for Snowpiercer.
Knightley was highly celebrated for her role in Morten Tyldum's film about scientist Alan Turing. Starring alongside Benedict Cumberbatch, Knightley also received nominations from the Golden Globes, BAFTA Awards, British Independent Film Awards, and the Screen Actors Guild Awards.
