She sure loves her crop tops!
A longtime fan and admirer of Elizabeth Taylor, Kim Kardashian attended a charitable event on Monday, Dec. 1, in West Hollywood in support of the late screen legend's lifelong work. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, 34, and her momager Kris Jenner, were on hand at the Elizabeth Taylor Foundation World AIDS Day event to present a new cocktail with a portion of the proceeds going to the fight against AIDS.
For the charitable occasion Kardashian wore a burgundy crop top with long draped satin lapels and a deep plunging neckline that displayed her toned abs and cleavage. A long flouncy skirt featuring several thigh-high slits and suede strappy sandals made her red carpet look complete.
Imparted with making "The Elizabeth Taylor" cocktail toast, the Kardashian Kollection designer informed the crowd on the importance of the cause. "We have the tools to end this epidemic and it starts with each and every one of us," she said.
"By practicing safe sex, getting tested, and ending the stigma by supporting and loving those that are infected, just like Elizabeth did. It’s been 30 years since Miss Taylor began her life’s work in the fight against AIDS and to that let’s all raise a glass to the very first Elizabeth Taylor cocktail.”
This charitable event follows another display of service in Abu Dhabi when Mrs. Kanye West visited the USS San Diego navy ship to meet with the troops. She shared photos of her trip on Instagram on Monday, Dec. 1, writing "Thank you for all you do! Was an honor to meet you all."
