Be gone, silly sartorial rules!
On Wednesday, Oct. 15, Kim Kardashian flaunted her famous physique down the streets of Hollywood in body-conscious ivory separates, proving once and for all that it’s chic to ditch the “no white after Labor Day” mantra.
Mrs. Kanye West, 33, flaunting her curves for what appeared to be a photo shoot, looked elegant in a tight white tank top, a cream-colored pencil skirt, and illusion heels with dove gray toes. She topped the sexy but crisp day look off with loose waves and a pair of oversized shades.
While she is the most recent celeb to ignore the long-held style tradition, she wasn’t the only one spotted in snowy hues this week! Modeling a more casual winter white outfit, Jennifer Lopez took her 6-year-old twins, Max and Emme, pumpkin picking in Los Angeles while wearing a distressed but pristinely white pair of jeans. (White in a pumpkin patch is also a bold move, J.Lo!) The “Booty” singer, 45, paired the pants with a plaid crop top, aviator sunnies, and white wedge sneaks for a fun weekend ensemble.
On the other end of the fancy scale, we have Emma Stone, who chose a marshmallow Giambattista Valli dress, complete with dainty little bows, for her visit to Good Morning America on Oct. 15. Though she wore the jacquard frock for an early-morning sit-down, the Birdman actress, 25, chose accessories—namely, studded Valentino heels and a bright coral lip—that created a look that would have been just as welcome at an evening event.
